A rough MVP is shown to 50 students at Cairo University. The feedback is overwhelming: "Why doesn't this exist already?"
Team Forms
The founding team comes together — engineers, designers, and a community lead who all lived the problem firsthand.
Seed Round
TARIQI closes its seed round from investors who believe in the vision of a unified student platform for the Arab world.
Beta Launch
Private beta opens to 500 founding students. Scholarships, college discovery, and community features go live for the first time.
10K Waitlist
Early access list crosses 10,000 students with zero paid marketing. Pure word-of-mouth from students who believe in the platform.
Public Launch
TARIQI opens to all students across Egypt. The marketplace, CV builder, jobs board, and housing features go live.
Arab World Expansion
TARIQI begins its expansion into Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and the UAE — one student at a time.
